Monaco Show Philosophy

Monaco is Europe's most important superyacht show. In the attractive setting of Port Hercules some of the very finest motor and sailing yachts available are moored and ready for inspection. We will be delighted to give you a private guided tour accompanied by one of our knowledgeable brokers.

At this year's show we will be displaying three yachts including the 41.5m (136') blue hulled Philosophy. Built in 1991 at Brooke Yachts, she has always been impeccably maintained and is highly sought-after for charter. Sleeping up to twelve guests, Philosophy has been specifically designed for long range cruising and her specifications, including sophisticated communications and navigation equipment as well as large fuel and food storage, allow the yacht to cruise for long periods without shore support.

MCA approved, her considerable leisure equipment is stored 'off deck' so that maximum use can be made of her 360° deck space. In many ways, this is the perfect mid sized yacht. Tried and tested, Philosophy has an ideal layout and is in outstanding condition. (She has just been thoroughly serviced and has new carpets.)

Also at Monaco is Onero, a 1996 Mangusta 100. These yachts are hard to obtain and this sleek and speedy open top Sportster is a good example of the genre. Very much for sale, a deal is waiting to be done at the show.

As well as our presence at this year's event, we has three other yachts of particular interest for inspection nearby.

La Masquerade is simply unique. One of our 'Yachts of the Moment', she is the world's only modern 30 metre Feadship and is in superb condition. Of particular note is the sun deck, which runs practically half the length of the yacht and the transom garage that remarkably, holds an 18' custom built tender. For more details, see the specification in Yacht File.

Rima's II offers superb value. Built at Benetti in 1987, she can sleep up to fifteen guests and has a large open plan main deck ideal for entertaining. Available for US$11.9m, the 50m (162') Rima's II is in good condition and should definitely be considered on any prospective list for a yacht of this size or price - on either front, she puts in a very strong case.

Also available for inspection in the Monaco area, is the radical Jon Bannenberg designed Antipodean. 36 metres of water jet powered aluminium that can sleep eight guests.

Although these yachts represent totally diverse styles, all three are quality yachts of their kind.
